A high-efficiency extraction kettle, a heat exchanger for rapid cooling, and a mixing tank with agitation systems and food-grade filters.
Open and closed fermentation tanks, culture-innovation tanks, and refrigerated, sealed bright-beer (BBT) tanks for the final product.
Industrial chiller units for precise temperature control and insulated circulation pumps to keep the fermentation climate stable.
A keg washing, sterilizing and filling machine, plus a printing and preparation line for glass bottles and cups following the KULTÜR identity.
A multi-stage reverse-osmosis (RO) plant to supply water compliant with strict food specifications.
